Cancellation Policy
Any order cancellation request must be made before the order is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted. In case of a successful cancellation, the refund amount will be processed within seven working days.
Replacement Policy
We do not offer a general replacement policy. If the claim is verified and approved, the replacement will be processed within ten working days.
Refund Policy
If a customer accidentally makes a duplicate payment for the same order, the extra amount will be refunded through the original payment method within seven working days.
