Refund and Returns Policy

At Jarvis Toys , customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you may request a return, replacement, or refund subject to the terms below.

Return & Refund Eligibility

Our return and refund policy is valid for 24 hours from the date of delivery. Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All tags and original packaging must be intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase/invoice is required.
  • A clear unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened is mandatory for any refund, return, or exchange request.
  • For electronics and electronic accessories, the unboxing video is compulsory.

We reserve the right to reject any request if the required proof is not provided.

Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following situations

Wrong variant or model selected by the customer

  • Product is functioning properly without defects
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Requests raised after the 24 hour policy period
  • Missing unboxing video proof

Only products that are damaged, defective, or received in incorrect condition are eligible for refunds or replacements.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team through email or phone with your order details and supporting proof.

Once your request is approved:

  1. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  2. Ship the product to the return address provided by our support team.
  3. Share the tracking details after dispatch.

Important Notes

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or via:
    • UPI
    • Paytm
    • Bank Transfer

For bank transfers, the following details may be required:

  • Account Holder Name
  • Bank Account Number
  • IFSC Code
  • Bank Name

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. In some cases, refunds may be processed on the same day.

Packaging Deduction

Products should be returned with the original packaging box. If the original packaging is missing, a reasonable deduction may be applied from the refund amount.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your payment provider or credit card company.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

If you still have not received your refund after completing the above steps, please contact us.

Additional Notes:

All claims related to delayed or damaged shipments should be directed to the respective courier service.
We reserve the right to refuse COD as a payment option for certain orders.
By opting for COD, customers agree to our terms and conditions.
